Prevision 360 Inc. (“Prevision 360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting personal information and maintaining trust in the way we collect, use, and safeguard data.
Prevision 360 provides a performance visibility platform that allows leadership teams to track internal sentiment and milestone execution through a Company Portal, and enables authorized investors to access structured, company-level performance insights through a Fund Portal.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our website and Services. It is designed to comply with applicable privacy laws in Canada (including PIPEDA), the United States (including applicable state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), and the European Union and United Kingdom (including the GDPR).
We collect personal information that is necessary to operate the platform and deliver the Services.
When users create an account or interact with the platform, we may collect information such as name, email address, company affiliation, job title or role, investor affiliation, login credentials, and structured inputs relating to milestone tracking or team sentiment.
Organizations using Prevision 360 may input or upload business-related information including milestones, timelines, performance updates, and structured sentiment responses from team members.
We also automatically collect certain technical information when the Service is used, such as IP address, device type, browser type, session activity, login timestamps, and usage analytics. This information helps us maintain security, improve functionality, and understand platform usage patterns.
We use cookies and similar technologies to authenticate users, maintain secure sessions, analyze usage trends, and improve performance. Users may control cookies through their browser settings.
We use personal information to operate, maintain, and improve the Service. This includes managing user accounts, authenticating access, enabling structured reporting and milestone tracking, generating company-level performance insights, providing support, communicating updates, ensuring system security, and complying with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
Prevision 360 may use artificial intelligence and automated analytical tools to interpret structured sentiment inputs and milestone execution data.
These tools are used to identify trends, detect patterns, generate summaries, and highlight organizational-level performance indicators. Individual team member responses are anonymized and aggregated before being presented within the platform. Insights are displayed at the company level and are not presented as individual performance assessments.
The Service does not use AI to make employment decisions, generate individual performance scores, or produce automated legal or similarly significant effects for individuals. Automated analysis is applied to aggregated datasets for organizational insight purposes.
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of contractual necessity (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (such as improving functionality and maintaining security), consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
Personal information may be shared with authorized users within an organization and with investors as permitted by the organization’s access controls.
We may also engage trusted third-party service providers to support hosting, infrastructure, authentication, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect personal information.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection safeguards.
We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, security, or legal obligations.
Prevision 360 operates in Canada and the United States and may use service providers in other jurisdictions. Personal information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards, including contractual protections and recognized transfer mechanisms.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security and audit requirements. Organizations may request deletion of their data upon account termination, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to data portability, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Residents of certain U.S. states, including California, may have additional rights regarding access, deletion, correction, and information about categories of data collected. We do not sell personal information.
Requests may be submitted to hello@prevision360.ai
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include encrypted data transmission, access controls, authentication safeguards, and infrastructure monitoring. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
